Thank you for taking your time to read my thoughts for today, my first blog entry. For those of you who are familiar with my documentary and/or my writing, you understand how grateful I am to be alive, living a healthy, whole, fulfilling life. If you are just joining me today, please visit the categories located on the left side of this page, and feel free to post your comments. Also, peruse my web site to learn more about the before and after.
I call my blog space sacred because of the reverence I feel for the miracle of the Internet which allows us (both the writer and the reader) to connect.
I truly believe that feelings expressed in words are energetically passed on to you and then back to me. So whether you are writing or reading we are linked metaphysically. I appreciate this and feel fortunate to be a part of this phenomenon. At first when I began checking the stats to see how many people visited my web site I was fascinated watching the numbers grow larger each day. Then I realized that each digit represents an actual person, a soul with a heart just like mine. I began visualizing faces, realizing we all are one, a part of the universal matrix.
Because my first 40 years were oppressive and debilitating, now that I am well, I find joy each day in living my everyday life. My plan is to share with you how I do this, even in the face of obstacles or disappointments. It is simple yet complex when we consider so many of us are still carrying around excess baggage. For today, my delight is in meeting you.
Blessings, Kay
